Refund policy

We hope you'll love your Peplos Linen piece for years to come. If for any reason it isn't the right fit for your home, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and returned with all tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@peploslinen.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing after receipt.

Please note that natural characteristics of linen, including subtle variations in texture, weave, and color, are part of the fabric's beauty and are not considered defects. Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return. Sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
