A beautiful quilt begins with what it’s made from. We chose 270 GSM European linen for its substantial feel, natural breathability, and ability to soften beautifully with time. Inside, 150 GSM natural cotton batting gives the quilt its warmth, body, and distinctive weight.


Together, these natural fibers create a quilt with a substantial 420 GSM of natural materials, giving it warmth, body, and a comforting weight without feeling heavy or stifling.

The Linen

270 GSM European linen gives the quilt its substantial outer layer. Unlike lightweight linen designed primarily for draping, this heavier weight has a beautiful presence while retaining the breathability linen is known for.

It has texture. It has body. And with time, it softens into the relaxed, lived-in character that makes linen so enduring.

The Cotton

Inside, 150 GSM natural cotton batting adds warmth and structure without synthetic fill. Its weight gives the quilt the generous thickness and comforting substance you feel when you pull it over yourself.

Paired with heavyweight linen, it creates a quilt that feels warm and substantial, yet naturally breathable.

The Ties

Each quilt is hand-tied with natural linen ties, gently securing the linen shell and cotton batting while allowing the materials to retain their natural softness, movement, and breathability. There are no glues or synthetic adhesives anywhere in the construction.

IT'S FINISHED WITH

The Stitching

Finished by hand, with 100% linen thread.

The stitching is done by hand, securing the layers with the same natural material used throughout the quilt. We use 100% linen thread rather than synthetic thread, keeping the construction natural from the outer shell to the smallest detail.

Hand stitching takes more time. But the result is in the details: a beautifully finished quilt made with the same care as the materials themselves.
